No curve effect!
We have new heating systems intended to thermoplastics bending.
Developing technology market does not keep any secrets from us. We do our best to keep up to date with all novelties which have just entered for use. We control the condition of our equipment and in the right moment we enrich our machinery park with new, more efficient devices. This is why we came into possession with the newest heating lines designed for thin plastic bending.
As the leader of plastic production, we are obligated to focus on continual development. This concerns not only our employees but also our machine equipment, to which we owe creating such accurate and solid products.
Bending is one of the most important production processes of our products. We have been already able to achieve perfect bendings but by dint of the new heating lines our productivity and precision have raised even more. We can easily bend thin plastic with tolerance up to 0,1mm. We process materials such as:
- PVC 0,2 mm – 1,5 mm
- PETG 0,2 mm – 1,5 mm
- PMMA 0,5 mm – 1,0 mm
- Forex® up to 1,5 mm
- PS 0,3 mm – 1,5 mm
Working width if those materials is 600mm.
This technology gives us opportunity to do fast bendings with no curve effect. The modern device guarantees avoiding deformations, which is why the final effect is satisfying for the most demanding customers and ourselves as well.
The whole process of thermoplastic bending requires early heating up of material, which causes a high plasticity and are easier to be bent.
We have at our disposal the high-quality machines which give us possibility to handle the whole process accurately and without any problems from the very beginning.
Thermoplasts soften after reaching the temperature of 80°C but their best plasticity allowing to bending is reached between 120 – 180°C. It is really difficult to give the exact heating temperature and time for specific materials. Our long-standing experience and excellent equipment of the workshops gives us possibility to execute this process precisely. That is the reason of the already perfect bending.
The purchase of the new heating lines is not the last change among our machinery park. We keep an eye on the novelties and projects occurring on the market.
